How to reach the conference ?

From the center of Bordeaux: take the tramway line B towards "Pessac Centre" and stop at "Forum". We aware that the tramway can be crowded in at rush hours.

From the train station: Take the tramway line C towards "Les Aubiers" stop at "Quinconces". Then tramway line B towards "Pessac Centre" and stop at "Forum".

From the airport: There is a shuttle that takes you to the center of Bordeaux. Either you go directly to the train station or you stop before at "3, allées de Tourny" then take the tramway line B towards "Pessac Centre" and stop at "Forum".

We will not provide a prefered list of hotels, but there are many hotels available, both downtown and nearer to the conference venue. 

Registration fees:

Registration fees will be 60 € per person. These fees include the cost of 3 lunches, one beer and wine party on Wednesday night, and coffee breaks. Registration will be opened on March 1st, 2017.
